While it may initially seem like our hourly rates are better on PeerSpace, that rate does not include any of the grip, c-stands, studio stand, or appleboxes that are included on our website rental. There is also a cleaning fee on PeerSpace that is included in our website rental pricing.

Yes! We have free street parking surrounding the studio, as well as two pay-for-use gated parking lots within .2 miles of the studio.

Event rentals typically require more pre-planning, communication, site-visits from hosts and vendors, and most importantly, liability on the end of the venue. They also typically involve more guests, and require an elevated level of cleaning at the end of the event.

Yes - Alcohol may be served only to those 21 years of age and over, but the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, please know we require the bar to close by 11 pm, regardless of event rental timing.

We’re always happy to talk through any budget limitations you may have. While we’re confident in our pricing structure - we’re also eager to work with new people. If your requested date is still unbooked 7-10 days out, we may consider discounting the price to fit your budget.
