EVENT RENTALS

Our 4500 Sq/Ft first floor is available hourly, or daily. A full-day rental includes 10 hours for your event, plus 2 hours for load-in & 2 hours for load-out. Billed per hour after 14 hours. A cleaning fee is included with the rental.

Please Note:
• Max Capacity: 200 Strolling / 140 Seated
• Hourly rentals must include time to load in and out
• $1000 non-refundable booking deposit due to hold date
• 50% cancellation fee inside of 7 days
• Ask about next-day load-out availability & pricing if needed.

Event Rental Does Not Include:
• Tables, Chairs, or Decor.
• Lighting Package or Sound System
• Security, Valet, Front-Door or Parking Attendant
• Gated Parking (There is street parking, and paid parking available nearby).

M-TH Day Rate - $2200 (14 Hours Total)
F & SU Hourly - $250/Hr, 6 Hour Minimum

SA Hourly - $300/Hr, 6 Hour Minimum
SA Day Rate - $3200 (14 Hours Total)
